Well Antonio Feio (actor) has a house in Sesmarias, and Pinto Balsamão(owns tv station) near Carvoeiro clube. If you're into star spotting whiz off to Albufeira in August to the Casa do Castelo where the likes of Luis Figo hang out. I think the rest of the famous people are all in prison in Lisbon!!
