Chatting the other day with a coffee bar owner in Silves, I asked how much the machines cost that make the coffee.....about 5000 euros came the answer, BUT apparently the coffee manufacturers lend the machines free of charge to the bars on the condition that they use only their brand of coffee.
if the machine breaks down there is 24 hour service...also there is a mini water softener in them to keep the pipes clear of calc.
I am this afternoon going to contact PG tips as I use their tea and ask if they can lend me a free kettle and teapot......well why not?
Do you think i will succeed?

It is the same with Coca Cola fridges, business rent it for free stocking it only with Coca Cola products and of course Ola/Walls freezers for icecream -
- no Martin, PG are unlikely to give you a free kettle or teapot, however if you write a witty enough letter I bet you would get some teabags

Hi Tricky
Well it is now quarter past four on a friday afternoon, technically the weekend is here for me now but is it still to early to pour myself a sundowner (especially as the blinking sun is actually shining here in South Devon

). On tuesday it poured with rain and the sun went down about 3pm but you can't hit the bottle on a tuesday unless you are on your hols (my personal rules) then of course today - brilliant sunshine!!
