At the moment--Im in process of trying to book apartment in cvo for couple weeks in May----I want to have a few days in Lisbon during our stay (Digger has kindly offered help/guidance- regarding B&B) but if we don't wish to do drive I wondered --could someone help me with me info on train service to Lisboa please?
Have never used trains in Portugal and would really appreciate the 'hows and wheres' procedures getting from CVO to Lisboa !
I believe --there was some info on this, way back in the depths of time here on forum. But could someone refresh me please?
muito obrigada--Ellie

they are busy electrying the line at moment...best to catch the train from tunes...i think a good one is about 8 am...this goes straight under the 25th april bridge to the new "orient " station..other trains stop south of the river and you must catch the ferry which is tremendous fun...go first class its about 20 euros...look at www.cp.pt

Ellie, I hear eco/spider rides a ladies bicycle . . . . so do NOT sit on his cross bar if it is offered to you!

Oh Ho Michael!
What will spider have to say about that :?:
But its funny (by way--youre not telepathic with me are you?) I had similar thought today ----but slightly different!----would his crossbar take my 'petite derriere'
we could take forever --getting there-with the double load
Good way of saving money though?

Tut Tut M.C. What could you be implying, of course I have a cross bar,if I hadn't she would be able to sit on the handle bars, facing me naturally.
