if these are the ones as you leave carvoeiro just past the health centre, then there is now a sales office open...they have a board outside saying the agents name is ..homelife....dont know anything more but all i can say is that soon you will not be able to park in carvoeiro. i use to to be able to park near the pottery market square...now its almost out of the village.
i think by the prices of some apartments you can buy a villa almost as cheap

anytime now and the powers that be will be making a congestion charge for carvoeiro..soon it will be impossible to park anywhere..everytime i go the post im having to park furher and further away. consider whether you want to get acces to the place before you buy. there are now new duplexs overlooking the new square in silves...where as everyone knows is the only place where the top people live in the algarve

The new apartments will have underground parking so should not add too much to the parking congestion in the centre of the village.

apart from the fact that those who live there wil have visitors...so where do they park? being human nature those who own these apartments will no doubt park outside. im afraid that if carvoeiro has a future then a large car park is needed.
and then we can have pay and display and wheel clamps....isnt life wonderful!!!!
