Hi - will be in Monte Carvoeiro in June for two weeks and looking forward to watching lots of World Cup football! I know the bars around the Square very well, particularly Cocktail Garden aka Luis's Bar! Where is your bar in relation to there please?
Cheers

We have taken to dropping in for a coffee or drink on our way back from town. ( peanuts always a welcome energy boost ).
Not that busy ( yet ) but then during the daytime nothing is in Monte Carvoeiro.
We prefer it to Phoenix Nights but each to their own.

Good Luck, Campos - I've seen a few people in that bar before now - hope you make a real success. MC needs another bar as there is only Luis's Cocktail garden and Manoel's.

Apart from the sport aspect, are you offering anything different? - special themes nights or the like? (Though please don't do karaoke - there's enough sounds of dying cats coming from Phoenix Nights!).

Virtually oposite the stone steak next door to the cocktail garden, There is also the new rendevous bar for late nights.

thanks - I look forward to giving it a go in June although will have to go a long way to meet Luis's for character and service! Got a nearly 4 year old with me so not sure the late night Rendezvous bar will see much of me!!
