I am a bit out of touch but was shocked that I had not heard about dear Pat and can't see any reference on it on the Forum which seemed odd.

Such a nice person.

It was very sad about Pat, I know I am a new forum member, but I have known Pat for many years, and I went to the service in Lagoa and it was nice to see so many of Pats friends there. I just wish this forum was used to post messages like this and not used to put Carvoeiro down.

I was also unaware of Pat's death,she was fun person who always had time to speak to you she will be missed.

yes it WAS posted on the Forum when Pat passed away, I sent condolences so not sure what happened to the original postings.

I always had a laugh with Pat..the last time I was in Hemingways was 2 years ago September and she made me a lovely chicken sandwich and large cup of coffee. I was leaving that day and so I gave her a kiss and said 'Till next time Pat'.....
but sadly there won't be a 'next time'
I will miss her very much...and I suspect many on here will too

I think many people miss her, she was a lovely lady and I also had many laughs with her and a few drinks.
