the post office offer a good service whereby you buy a prepaid card and can go on the internet...there is a machine at the cvo post office.

cheaper than having to buy coffees etc

no it is the post office itself..they have dedicated machines in most offices ..its in the corner..with a pull out seat,....very quick access..and hardly anyone uses them because they dont know...but hope they do now!!

there is also an internet kaf directly under the cvo post office..down some steps..but they seem always closed...post office is of course open during normal working hours

you can read more about (only in portuguese though) on the post office web site.

i asked today at the post office..and a pre-paid card is about 5 euros which gives depending on the time of day about 3 hours usage...i dont know whether this compares well with the local "kafs"
