WE NEED A REASONALBE RENT , BUT IN RETURN WILL ALSO MAINTAIN GARDEN ( IF VILLA !! ) AND ANY OTHER MAINTENANCE JOBS THAT MAY NEED DOING. THE APARTMENT WE ARE RENTING HAS TO BE VACATED BY THE MIDDLE OF APRIL. ( IF NOT ANY ONE GOT A BIG TENT !!!! )
