Deep fried mars bars

I have a friend coming over in September. He's from Glasgow. anyone know if there are any establishments that would be prepared to deep fry a mars bar as a pudding?

Wow ive never tried one! let me know if you find a place. its one of those things that sound disgusting but you cant help wanting to try it anyway

Can normally buy them in chip shops across Scotland - maybe one of the "British" bars will do one for you

Always remember the look on Anthony Bourdain's face when Ian Rankine showed him a chippie in Edinburgh deep fat frying a pizza!!! Bourdain loved the can of Irn Bru he had along with his King Rib Supper!! Gave him quite a kick!

lol - I have never seen a deep fried mars bar in any chippys, but then again, I don't really frequent them any more. I still remember being surprised at getting a pizza that wasn't deep fried (I was very young at the time).
