Searching for Eric´s restaurant!

Hello to all of you,
who knows a (french?) restaurant which is run by a guy called Eric, he is french and probably 45-50 years old???
Approximately 15 years ago in the north of Portugal he had a Cafe/Camping "Chez Edouard" board to the laguna of Aveiro.
I visited this Cafe/Camping a few days ago (Easter 2004) to meet his sister Colette, who stayed there after Eric had moved to Carvoeiro.
But the Cafe/Camping was closed. Apparently since many years. I was shocked, because the pollution of the nature reservation of this zona was in fact horrible: The air smelled like rotten eggs and the water (in a toilet in the near) came out BLACK from the tap!!!
So the consequence for the family to move was clear.
But the only thing I remember from my last trip to Carvoeiro is the description that Eric opened his restaurant on the west side of the main beach after the corner of the rocks.
COULD U PLEASE HELP ME TO CONTACT THE FAMILY???
