Our flight times have been changed and as a result we will not arrive in Carvoeiro until 10 o'clock at night on a Thursday. Does anyone know if there are any supermarkets open in the village at that time of night (for instance the one by O Cantinho perhaps)?

I think it is unlikely that any of the supermarkets will still be open, certainly wouldn't want to rely on it. Can you ask for a food pack to be put in your accommodation for you?

Thanks very much for the info. I think we've solved the problem but, in any event, I'm sure we can get by on a few beers until the next morning.

The only supermarket open at that time of night is the Algarve shopping one in Guia. That apparently opens till 11pm.
