Does anyone know about renting a motorhome in Portugal? We were told it is a great way to travel since you can park anywhere a car can park (no need to go to a campground - except of course to "dump") and only costs about $45 euros/day. Is this true?

i dont know where you hire them or their costs but i would not believe that you can park them anywhere....i know in silves carpark there are now big no campers parking signs...perhaps thats why the camp sites are full
