Water sports and activities

Hello Everyone,
Will be in CVO in about 5 weeks and I am getting more excited by the day. We are spending a week in Spain and a week in CVO and I have to confess that I have spent more time planning the Spain portion of the (10 year anniversary) trip than the CVO portion. The idea is that once we hit CVO we are just going to relax and enjoy the beaches, the weather and the people.
However, we are both quite active and it might be fun to spend a day (or more) out on the water. Being from Canada we have both spent some time in kayaks (does everyone know what these are, or are they native to Canada) and on small sailboats (called Lasers). Does anyone know if there are places in or near CVO where one can rent these sorts of things so we can go touring in and around the amazing rock formations just off the beautiful beaches.
Thanks for your help. Paul
