I was amazed at the number of people I met on my CVO holiday..who were not aware of Carvoeiro.com !
Admittedly..most were Portuguese..but again..these folk had quite good English..had computers...but still did not know of this website
But I also met Brits and English speakers who said the same.
I did tell them that there was a German and Portuguese forum as well.
Is this site advertised much ?

This may sound like a weird answer but if you have a computer and do a search using the term "Carvoeiro", you get this site at the top of the list - for a website discussion and sales media what more can you ask in the way of publicity than being Googles' number one!!!!!!

Perhaps the people who have never heard of the site do not have PCs or weren't that inquisitive about their holiday destination to do a search - I know that may seem strange to people like us who clearly use our PCs for any number of tasks, research, digital photography storage, managing our finances, building a family tree, entertainment, jokes, games, discussion, education but there are lots of people who do not use it to it's full potential. Some students use it simply as a wordprocessor, my parents bought theirs so they could get email.
