I know the pickup has been moved to the P4 car park but is it at the infamous 'office' or is it at the YOR van?

Its the 'office' in P4 , not the van anymore

Is that good or bad?

Its no problem going to the office, but as there are so many rep's for other companies there, you may have to elbow your way to the YOR car rep or
stand in a que for a while.

I must admit we were a little annoyed that they had moved into the 'office' as it was much nicer to see someone at the van so that you could get all the documents done and in the car quickly. Might be a bit of a wait in the busy times ahead !!!

When we were there 2 weeks ago waiting for our car to be changed ( our choice ) we calculated that some had been waiting over 30 mins in the queues at the desks in car park 4 and this was monday in April !!
