Have just looked out of my office window in Reading Berkshire, then turned on my computer and looked at the Web cam in Carvoeiro - oh the difference, if I saw that view every morning I would be one happy person. Hope I can visit again soon. Love the fact the trees are back too. Happy Wednesday to all in Carvoeiro.

Its 30 degrees in the shade on our terrace and the £ is now E1.24.
The forcast back in the UK is for 20-25mm of rain in the bristol area today.
Do we feel smug, you betcha !!

Well you certainly should. Wish I was on your terrace instead of at home now and I have put the heating on. Is Carvoeiro very busy now?

It has certainly picked up in the last week or so.
Unfortunately due to problems with licenses there is very little live music.
None at Bradys or Mungos, the Jail house is legal as is the Bote but we are led to believe that these are the only ones.

I have just lit the log burner, and it's absolutely lashing it down with rain outside! I'd much rather be sat on our terrace in 30 degrees at ADM

I seriously thought about a web cam outside my house as the contrast in weather from Carvoeiro and Reading is unbeliveable. It is so so wet here, yep lovely and green, but maybe a tad too green, mould and damp! Hope business picks up in C village soon.
Have a good weekend all in the sunshine umph!

It's 5-15 pm here in Greater Manchester. Cool, windy and cloudy with a just a few glimpses of the sun. We fly out tomorrow and I was impressed with the beautiful scene on the Tavira webcam. The Hotel Rocha (Praia da Rocha) cam showed a little more cloud as did the CVO one. Then I looked at Sagres and it looked a bit grim. So the weather seemed to be looking worse as I travelled from east to west. Hope it's wall to wall sunshine all along the Algarve when we arrive!

So the anti- happy tourists brigade are operating eh!, they certainly know how to chase business away don't they.
