sorry for the repeat of the oft asked question but has anyone had a good experience of a car hire company recently they could recommend please? or steer me away from?

We have used Zitauto many times and never had a problem with them, very efficient.

Agree with Bruce, we have used Zitauto for years with no problems. My daughter and boyfriend came out the same time as
us this year and had to wait over an hour to get their car from office in car park 4 ( we were at the villa by the time they set off) so cheap is not always best.

LagoRent through Economy Car Hire. Have good info re: Tolls. Also, Leave credit card slip - no use of A22 then no charge, if used they charge 5 euros plus toll charges.

I've used Zits for 16 years plus loads of friends,family and customers - never any hesitation in recommending them !

My husband and I have been using Algarve Driver for the past six years and have never encountered any problems. Pickup the car in the Car Park at Faro Airport from efficient staff, pay by credit card or cash and drive away - could not be easier! We are usually in Carvoeiro an hour or so after our 'plane has landed.

I've used yor for 12 years and always found to be very good.
