I think its about time Steen did something about this!
I'm begining to wonder why I pay to go on the rental site, when I could just post all my availability on the forum - under the general heading or the property owners section. General advertsing is not usually allowed, why this? I appreciate that Rosaleen pays to go on the rental site, but many people who use the forum to promote their properties do not.

I do agree with Tricky and guest.
It does seem somewhat unfair when folk 'freel advertise' on here while others have to pay.
Although this site is for CVO info and help, folk work hard to run it.it doesnt run on air..it costs

I think several of the 'owners' could site 'emergency cases' this year,
with bookings generally being down. If we all started to post our availability on the site there would'nt be any room for the usual discusions, and that would be a shame wouldn't it.

Anyway made my point, off to watch Man Utd thrash Millwall

I dont really have a clue about the running of a website like CVO.COM..buy I imagine its upkeep relies on paid adverts for its income.amI right?(dont know if Ive put that correctly

i am sorry i have upset you. i was only trying to find out if anyone was interested. i was only going to charge 200 euros per week as i just didnt want to have my villa empty. i wasnt going to charge the going rate.

i thought by contacting the forum it would have been a nice jester as i have had a lot of advice from the forum over the last year and have met some very nice people. also i didnt know how to amend the rental section.
