I understand that Monte Dourado main pool is going to be heated over the winter months - that will certainly make it a very pleasant destination in Nov/Dec -Jan/Feb
plenty of winter sunshine and now a pool as well - top quality resort - great facilities in apartment and now heated pool for the winter - well done to our neighbours

Not good news if you are an owner,costs at Monte Dourado have been creeping ever higher due to a number of reasons some within the control of M/D some not,this will only add to those costs,just make sure you have a thick dressing gown and you can run like Linford Christie back to your apartment.

I see - costs are relatively stable where we are - must be all the improvements they are making in Monte Dourado - if you stand still in this world - it is easy to fall backwards - Monte Dourado in fairness is a very attractive complex - probably best around and I have noticed it is really looking very good now!
An owner there told me that their rental prices their are very stable and have not increased for some time and no sign seemingly of any on the horizon - so at least the holiday makers are benefiting which ultimately will benefit the owners.

At least they've dropped the ridiculous jacuzzi idea, but I don't think the air temp is anywhere near warm enough in winter to make heating a pool worthwhile - it's a shame monte dourado isn't run as a condominium where all the owners have a meeting and the voting is transparent
