There is one in Lagoa on the right just before the old Camera Building, just past Jacobs electrical shop and Easygo travel agents. Or if just alterations try Multipro in Sesmaries.

Thanks for that Jaylay, I don't suppose you could give me a name or telephone number for the one in Lagoa, I spent the best part of yesterday afternoon searching for someone to help and exhausted my initiative as well as patience!! :( :(

It is for a mans suit jacket which is quite a specialist task, do you think Multipro would be able to do it? Thanks for your help Jaylay, very much appreciated - a little desperate now, as it is needed for a wedding.

Speak to Eloise in the fabric shop in CVO just up from Millennium Bank. She has altered trousers for me and may take on jackets. Otherwise my wife has used the shop opposite Lagoa post office for dress alterations.
