paid a depoist for a apartment 3 weeks ago for late april but now can"t get in touch with him any information will be appreciated thank you.

Sorry to hear that. Never heard of him, how did you find him so others are prepared?

he has just emailed me word must had got round!! he said mistake with accounts so apartment back on pay on day when we get there.

I am pleased that he made contact, I have just registered to get on to the site, to let you know that that he is genuine. We stayed in an apartment in Ferragudo and he lived and worked, from an apartment in the same building. He is a very pleasant young man and gave us excellent directions to the apartment (not that we needed them) and all the instructions one could need for your stay.
When we had a problem with the electrics he quickly got it sorted.
