Does anyone know if you can pay your council tax online and the website please?

The only online payment method is using your Portuguese bank's online banking system - the Pagamentos ao Estado section.

For each individual payment you will need your Fiscal number, the unique payment reference on each invoice and the amount due. If you're in Portugal you can also use your Portuguese bank card in a Multibanco machine.
