The third stage of the "Volta Algarve" (tour d'Algarve) cycle race hits Carvoeiro this afternoon. The town will be impassable from about 1.30pm to about 5pm during which time I believe its a time trial segment i.e. one rider at a time through the narrow streets of CVO and out into the country.
