I'm coming back to CVO this week and I'm on a bit of a health kick and just wondering if any of my fellow English natives have any recommendations for where I might be able to go and use a gym nearby during my stay.

Any help appreciated.

Monte Santo Resort and das Oliveiras Resort both have gyms with pools where you can take out short term membership.

Monte Santo not accepting non residents due to high occupancy, maybe from Sept. Try Carvoeiro tennis club.
