I refer to Yoga!
Is there anywhere in the CVO vicinity where I can practise/learn more about.. the art please?
Ive already signed up for April's 'meditation' programme in September...so would like to tie up with the Yoga.....
Its something I do in private..and I don't really want to frighten anyone on CVOs beach when I practise the 'Lion'!

i believe the best place for yoga is in switzerland where they are very fond of yogalling

I am a Yoga teacher! I was hoping to get some classes together when we move or even do some private lessons but I guess that won't be soon enough will it? We probably won't be moving out there until the end of September.

Im there till Ot 5th Debs..but dont suppose youll be setup by then....

Do you advise on makeup(silly question I suppose )....
I wear very little....
but would like advice/guidance particularly about lipstick..which I think I never get right
you know..colours..applying...

I'm not sure when I'll be set up, things seem to be going very slowly at the moment!

I do make-up lessons though, so yes I could help with that.

Have you tried Mare d'Arte.

I think they might have some Yoga courses there but I'm not 100% sure.

Mare D'Arte is a gallery/dance school in Carvoeiro.

It's on the Rua do Casino on the left hand side of the vilage.

If you take the little set of steps that are next to the Safari Bar and walk up. When you get to the top, turn left and carry on walking for about 200 metres (rough guess) it will then be on your right.

Re-reading my post, there are a lot of lefts and rights and D'oh! I meant that rua do Casino is on the right hand side of the village facing the sea not left.

Do you think that Yoga classes and this type of thing is or would be popular in cvo?
I was planning on doing the Yoga classes but may expand and do aerobics or other fitness classes too.
At this rate I might even think about opening my own gym!

I have the space for doing the classes at the moment so I will be able to start up pretty much straight away.
Just wondered if there was anything else along these lines that might do well out there? (want to work as much as I can!)

Also debs- i'm holding that meditation class in sept. that ellie mentioned- if you'd like to come along, the more the merrier!
