August Weather

We are off to Cav next week 14th for a week of sun we hope!!! Heard it rained today that must be a rumor I cant believe its wet over there!!!

We are stopping for the first time at Golf e Mar Carvoeiro as we are 4 rubbish golfers who are hoping to improve but have some fun as well as hopefully we will never take it too serious!!!

Are ther any resterants near by that you can recommend that are within walking distance!!

hi arthur---happy golfing! I go to cvo every year for the last 2 weeks of august and its always fab weather. Hot through the day with the occasional cloudy one and nice in the eve- not too hot like in june. Dont know exactly where the golf is that you're going to but i can recommend in carvoeiro village itself- Casa do Bife. They do a fantastic steak on a hot stone to cook at the table if you want to or lots of other lovely things, nice big portions and very reasonable. Call in on your way down and book a table for later then go for a drink for an hour or so...They're always busy. The lads there really look after you...might see you in there????April

There isn't a lot within walking distance of golfmar. Rochamar restaurant opposit the entrance to Rocha Brava is good, Jardim de Farol is just past RB but hasn't had good reviews here, or of coure Julio's (same applies)
