best route from A22 to ......

hi there. 
Can you advise me on the best place to meet my friend.
I normally come off the A22 at junction 6 but i need to meet my friend and take her to parchal. my other friend suggested i meet her at lidl Ferragudo but between the lot of us it is getting very confusing.
Ideally can you advise me on how to get from A22(junction6) to lidl without us all gettting lost.
