i would like some advice please from one villa owner to another

does anyone have any experience in renting their villa for football fans

i am not sure whether to rent our villa out for next year between 12th june and 4th july as this is when euro 2004 kicks off.

do we have any guidelines in rental prices for next year.

as this is our first full year advice from you would be really appreciated.

I have been getting some enquiries for next year already.
