spannish forum/bricklayer

does anybody know of a spannish forum as good as this one.
my mate in england is a bricklayer/general builder and wants to work abroad for the summer and maybe longer.
I suggested spain as i think there is more oppertunity there than portugal
But he's open to suggestions.
