October visit

Hi,

Please could anyone tell me whether all the restaurants will be open in October, as we are coming over for half term, 24th-31st.
Last two years we have visited at the beginning of September, which was ideal.
Also, what's kind of weather should I expect ? I have booked a villa with heated pool, just in case!!

A heated pool is a good idea at the end of October, you may be lucky and have great weather (as we did at the beginning of November last year), but it could also be cool and showery.

I'm sure all the restaurants and shops will be open, just like in September. Most places close in either December or January - but not all at the same time, so you will always find somewhere open no matter what time of year you visit (just maybe not your favourites!)

Many thanks for the info, Kteee, knowing my luck it will probably rain every day and freeze at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as I can get summat to eat and, in particular,drink then I will survive!!!!!!!!!
