Has anyone stayed at the above? We are booked in for October but are unsure if there are any bars/restaurants nearby, we stayed at casa belvedere in June and were spoilt with the proximity to the beach and town etc only a ten minute walk

casa belvedere was a good choice Faria, well, all I can say is Buy good walking shoes and get a taxi number

Just thinking hp that it may be useful for Eileen if you could be a little more specific, e.g. what sort of distance to town? the nearest beach? what sort of terrain? hilly? (I know most of cvo is), steps? Perhaps some timesacles would be useful? Is there a local mini market? bar? restaurant? for lazier days? Is a hire car a necessity? Or is it a fairly cheap taxi ride from amenities? That sort of thing

I am staying there (Casa Belvedere) for 2 weeks in Sept.
I would be grateful for any tips / advice / info about it.

Sorry Sandy but that post was from July last year!

Belvadere is a short walk from the village, probably take 5 mins walking down but 10 walking back as it is up hill! From what I can remember (I babysat there about 20 years ago!) it is a very nice villa, quiet at night. Happy hols Bifa's 1st Darling

Hass Faria Alam managed to buy a villa already and will Sven be joining her for a nice long weekend I wonder?
