For Casa sol Vista we charge £150 per week, we have a booking from 29/11-27/12, so could only help with one week from 27/12-3/1/.

Tony, do you already advertise on this site? If so, it would be helpful to know so anyone interested can have a look at the property.

Ktee,
I,d love to put house on site but Idon't know how to do it and how to show pics. Currently I rent it from easter thru' Oct. half term to friends and their friends and have been lucky for past 3 years to be fully booked. It's only recently I've considered winter lets and it's difficult to know how to cost it because I include all heating costs and electric blankets etc because I know it can reach -0 during winter nights. Advice would be useful..ta..tony

It's very easy, you go to the rental section and log in, then fill in the boxes and e-mail photos to Steen.
Steen is very helpful if you have any problems.
If you have any other questions, let me know

Kteee, winter lets should always be plus electricity (or gas if that's the way it's heated) and let the management agent charge locally after reading your meter. Mike
