Why is Rascals always closed?

What do you mean by always closed? It's closed on Mondays.

Not sure whether this should go in "jokes" but as it involves rascals (we started in the bar) Me and my mate had a very "heavy" day on Friday and so decided on the Saturday we would have a quiet meal at Algar Seco Bistro. After the meal we strolled down to the church had a look in and mass was on, clunk they closed the door behind us!!! We felt a bit cheated so decided to have "1" more drink because we really did have an early start on the Sunday. If you happened to walk past Roundup bar at 2 a.m. that was me singing "mac the knife" and my mate singing dodgy Elvis, anyway we got home about 3, up at six

Now that the nights are 'cutting in' The Lounge at Rascals is opening slightly earlier.....so you can still catch the last of the rays on the terrace and watch the boats going past while you sip a Cosmopolitan, before it gets dark, shawls are provided if it gets a bit chilly, then of course, you move inside to the beautiful candle-lit interior for just one more.........! Wish I was there, see you all soon. Rascals is open 11-3 then 6-1, Tues - Sun. Dont forget the fab Sunday lunch!!!!

Yes Rascals the perfect place for a nightcap (or two!) Lovely setting, ambiance, and cocktails. Even had a lovely fruit cocktail for our 9 year old daughter which was as nice (if not nicer) than the alchololic one I had!

Rachel and Sergio are the perfect hosts.

Sat on the terrace on Tuesday enjoying a bottle of wine and a Bifana - Great. Will be back for Christmas and have already booked for lunch on Christmas Day!
