[size=18]Hi I am a first time buyer and a bit worried but really want to buy a property in Carvoeiro have looked and am on the verge of making an offer but once I made my offer what do I do next can anyone advise and I would like to find a good English speaking lawyer. I am young and it would be my first time purchase I am just a bit worried about it but I know if I don't make the step now I never will. Please can anyone help with advise

I agree, now is a good time to buy. There is alot of good stuff on the market, and that new development up by Sesmarias going bust wont help prices either.

One thing I would advise. dont get locked into one estate agent. Drive round, find somewhere you like, and then follow up on the for sale signs.

I know it's a cliche', but it is a very true one....LOCATION....LOCATION....LOCATION

Dont get conned into buying into some new development.... Unless you are a golfer

Hi thanks all for your help and support I really want to get out there and take the plunge I've been coming to Carvoeiro for the last 5 years and now I want to make it perminent so thanks for all your help and support.
