ordinary decent portugese accountant wanted

Hi

now that we dont need a fiscal rep - does anyone know any ordinary decent portugese accountant ( not an accountancy firm please ) who will just simply
complete an online property rental tax return each year - simple half an hour job
Willing to pay €50.00 euro per return

There must be somewhere but not so far in our experience.
Last year we had one who did not know the difference between having a fiscal card and residencia.

If you do all the work in preparing the figures making the return would be pretty straight forward for him. Speaks English so worth giving him a call.

It would seem that you are amongst the minority of honest rent declarers which probably accounts for the lack of answers!

Some of the problem stems from a minority of managing agents who operate illegally & therefore discourage their property owners from declaring income to the authorities as it would expose their illegal activities. Given the nature of competition, I'm amazed that the legal agents don't "shop" the illegal ones ? Comments on a post card please !
