CHEAP DIGITAL TV?

Just about to complete on a T2, and been looking on MESTRE MACOs website. Seem to have what looks like a cheap satellite dish & disgibox for 129 Euros. Anyone tried one? ARe there still monthly fees - seems too good to be true!
