I would check their website, not quite fully opened. Sometimes only Wednesday to Sunday, 2pm to 10pm. Tapas bar and beer taps.

I was actually there today. Craft beers on tap quite pleasant and interesting.
The Vines were only planted this year so no wine from the estate yet, but they buy in grapes from local vineyards and brew and bottle themselves. Its again quite pleasant but not cheap. Sorry but that's the best I can say about the wine.

The whole place is very interesting. Looks like they are going quite up market, but its still very much a building site in parts.

One has to wonder if it will succeed being so far off the beaten track.
