I had my return flt booked for 6 April on Jet 2 - they advised the flt was cancelled and said I wld get a refund. BUT now they are saying it is extraordinary circumstance and refunds aren't available - I have tried to get a voucher or rebook but that doesn't seem to be offered at the moment. Rebooking for end Sept involves at least an additional €100

This may help - alternative airlines.com are offering free cancellation protection in the event of an airline cancelling a booking after you have booked it through them. Whilst this does not protect your holiday it does at least ensure you are not losing your air fare. Hope this may help.

I had my Jet2 flight returning to the UK on the 26th March cancelled on the 18th March. I got my refund 2 days ago.
