Can someone tell me who owns or who the agent is for the urbanised plots on Monte Servo?

About 18-24 months ago we tried to buy a plot in Monte Servo but pulled out when our solicitor found out that the purported vendor did not have legal title. Since then I have seen a number of new houses being built, and indeed what was "our plot" is in the process of being built on now, which may be an indication that the problems were sorted out??????
