Does anyone know or used a transport company for transporting furniture from the UK to Carvoeiro?

Here's two companies that I have used in the past for frieght not furniture though. Tell them what you need and they will advise you of the best route.

We have used DLS Couriers a few times. They are based in Amancil but collect from most areas of the UK and deliver to most, if not all, the Algarve. They've been great and we have had no problems at all.

I have always used DHL, they will ship, or drive,diff prices. Excellent service either way. A lot of my furniture has travelled 2 many places thru the world on my work travels & DHL have always been there 4 me.

Hi all
...we used AIM removals and found them excellent.....
have to say some friends used a company that shall remain nameless and they had 14 boxes...missing...(well stolen)...be careful who you select to transport your worly possessions!!

Trans Portugal - a UK based Portuguese owned and run company - sensibly priced, hugely efficient and did what they said they would do.

Wouldn't consider using anybody else http://www.trans-portugal.co.uk
