Urgent! Villa Rental Required For Summer or Long Term.

We have just been told that the villa we are living in is being rented for the summer, and they need us to move out by the 1st of May until the end of September.
We are looking for a 3 bed villa, as we have a 6 month old baby with another on the way. For this reason we would like to have air con if possible, and a pool, or access to a pool, as it is no fun being pregnant in the heat!
We are currently in a villa at Vale De Milho, and ideally would like to stay in the same area.
Any help would be gratefully recieved.

We have a 2 bedroom duplex with terrace and pool....there is a restaurant, car hire and bar/coffee shop right outside the door step and it is very tranquil and in a lovely area! it is undergoing some repairs (new kitchen and bathroom at the minute) and should be available for rent long or short in no loneger than 2months time?

We have a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom duplex apartment with balconies and shared pool. Lounge also has brand new double sofa bed in.
Apartment is right in centre- a couple of mins walk from beach.
It is available from now until Aug 5th (we're out on 6th) and then again from the 21st thereafter.
