THose who we know rent at around £ 400/month target the UK pensioner market. The do not provide any services other than water and power.
If guests want to light the fires they have to provide their own wood.
We call them the woodies as they can often be seen looking for firewood around the developments. They have even been known to buy saws from the local DIY.
I do not know of any instance when the apartments were treated poorly . Although I have heard of compliants when they cannot get UK tV.
