Peter why is this rubbish im just trying to explain why it is different to Oxygen in the atmosphere.
The PRODUCT is sold in many different places so it is a PROVEN chemistry.
I would like to get you some independent research on the subject but most of it is a guarded secret.

If you don't know how it works simply say so rather than try to present as fact information which you have probably picked up off some product sheets and which is blatant total rubbish. You obviously are not a chemist so have no idea how much nonsense you are talking
Research may be a guarded secret but basic scientific facts are not. For example 'oxygen in water is different to oxygen in air. Of course it is. In water 1 atom of oxygen combines with 2 atoms of hydrogen to form H2O, water. In the air 1 atom of oxygen combines with another atom of oxygen to form O2, a gas. Or two atoms of hydrogen can combine with 2 atoms of oxygen to form H2O2, hydrogen peroxide. This is a powerful oxidant because hydrogen peroxide readily breaks down into water and oxygen.
The air indeed is indeed made up of approx. 20% oxygen. About 79 % is nitrogen, which is inert, and the other 1% is made up other gases like CO2, O3, etc. These gases certainly don't encourage the bugs you speak of
