Can anyone please recommend a local decorator for internal repainting of a one bed apt. Had a search on the site and only came up with Ana suggested by Mon back in March. Would really like to get a couple of quotes.

Thanks Lesley Jean. I will give them both a try. Whoever we use I will post some feedback. We really should be doing this ourselves but after renovating two houses in the UK we do not intend to spend our limited time in Cvo indoors with paint brush in hand !

Just for information for anyone needing a decorator we did find someone by recommendation just before going out to Carvoeiro on 1 September.
His name is Jim and he can be contacted on (00351) 913 608 141. Jim did an excellent job of repairing and filling various sized cracks in plasterwork and repainting throughout at a very reasonable rate.

Highly recommended.

Its worth getting an experienced decorator because the conditions and products here in Portugal are different to the UK.
A very good decorator, who is experienced and has stood the test of time, is
