Has anyone got any further information about the Colina Sol everything
seems to have gone very quiet recently and I understand it is beginning
to look run down and neglected??

I understand there is a meeting taking place this coming week between the property owners and the Colina Sol management. Drove past last night and noticed a lot of lights on.

Our property manager looks after some properties in there and says it is very run-down and stinks of damp! From the outside it is certainly in need of a lot of TLC and several coats of paint. :(

Apartment owners reacted and this building will not serve any hotel business anymore.

The building will now be a normal and regular condominium.

A new administration is in place and building repairs will follow in the near future.

So basically I think it's good news for everyone.
