Long Term Rental Wanted

Does anyone have or know of a 1 bedroom appartment or small house for long term rental in or around carvoeiro from June for around 300€-350€ pm?
any condition will be considered.
on the edge of town is preferable.

I have a studio situated in Monte Carvoeiro suitable for two people.
Long term €250 per month plus utilities.
