cost to buy at Rocha Brava?

Does anybody know how much a quarter share in a 3 bedroom villa would cost on Rocha Brava and does anybody other than the office on site handle sales and purchases - thanks for any help/advice

When we were there recently, on enquiry, they said there was not one quarter share available.The last sold for approx £40000. We have a 2bed villa and this was the price suggested if we put it up for sale.

Sorry, I should of course say this was for a 1/4 share.

Most of the estate agents in the area list Rocha Brava when property is available. I saw a quarter share listed at Sillis recently. Not many listed anywhere lately.
