Cleaning Costs

I'd greatly appreciate if anyone could provide feedback in respect of cleaning costs currently experienced in Carvoeiro. We have a 4 bed villa in Mato Serrao which we let out and is managed by an independent couple who we have used for some years. They source cleaners on our behalf and then charge back the cleaning costs at an hourly rate. During the winter the cleaner comes in a couple of times a month (apprx 8 hrs in total per month) and during peak season she will obviously visit during a let and then complete a more vigorous clean between guests. The managers have just advised the current cleaner requires an increased rate of €10 per hour. Given the level of cleaning we require, would people say this is going rate? No issues if it is but I would like to get a feel from other owners if possible.
