Info about new development near Qta Paraiso

Hi
I am looking for information about the on-going building development on the strip of land situated near the Quinta do Paraiso. More precisely, the land between the Paraiso Road, the Quinta do Sol road and the Rua do Escondidinho. Who is developing this? Is there a sales website? What will be built and when will it be completed?

Try searching google maps and once you locate the site use satellite image to view photography. There appears to be a developers board on the hoarding protecting the site. Information refers to a joint Portuguese / German developer with phone numbers clearly advertised.
Course, if you are in Algarve, drive round the block and take a look.
