Contact for surveyor and building costs

Can anyone please recommend a surveyor who would be able to survey land in Carvoeiro and be able to comment on suitability of the site for a residential villa?

Also, does anyone know an average cost to build per square metre / foot for a modest type villa?

Any help on these issues will be most appreciated. Regards Paul J

If you want a survey I suggest you contact Stewart Rowan a British Chartered Surveyor who is on asrowan@netc.pt. He can also advise on build costs
